Not difficult to assemble or install. I (64, F) installed it from a ladder on a 9' ceiling. These are definitely not mini. The globes are very large, but are the right fit for our kitchen island. I was expecting a little more of muted brightness with the style of glass it is, but it looks more like clear glass when the light is on, and the watery texture shows more when it's turned off.
