This fan is gorgeous! Easy to install. TThe crystals are already installed so it’s easy. The app is not great. I didn’t need it so it’s whatever. Fan is pretty quiet besides on high. The best fandelier I have found. Many of the others are too small and hard to install. Super happy to of found this one! I plan to buy another for my office. Puts out air well! The first fan we got didn't have a receiver in the box. The second fan we got had everything it needed, it just didn't get installed properly and the tech made it sound like we needed something we didn't. To Angi's credit, they sent another tech out that apparently knew what he was doing and he had the fan working in 10 minutes just by redoing the wire connections. So I changed my rating to 4 stars, and only that because setting up the smart features using the app is not going well and we are going to have to make that dreaded phone call. Have not yet set up or installed , but I am super excited for this ceiling fan !! I’ve been without a working ceiling fan AND decent lighting in my bedroom for like almost 2 years now and I’m so glad I don’t have to deal without neither a fan or good lighting anymore !
