Adia is a beautiful Victorian-style, stained glass semi-flush pendant, featuring a hand-made shade and a dark bronze canopy. This pendant would be perfect in a living room, foyer, and dining room. The handcrafted shade is made using the same methods developed by Louis Comfort Tiffany in the early 1900s. This process entails using 220 hand-cut stained art glass pieces and 25 glass beads, each wrapped in fine copper foil and soldered together at extremely high temperatures to form each unique piece. The exact size to the nearest inch may vary, and the exact color of each glass piece may vary due to each piece being handcrafted. We love the look of this and how it changed the look of our library. It is an inch larger than our previous light fixture, but because it is flush mount, it actually looks smaller. That being said, it seems to give more light, despite the darker shade, because it casts light on the ceiling. It's beautiful and makes a statement in our room.
