These pieces found popularity predominantly in schoolhouses, giving this style its name. Here, we start with a classic schoolhouse glass shape and take it up a notch with lovely fluting that beautifully diffuses the light. The uncomplicated metal work and the iconic glass shape call to mind a time when the world seemed a simpler place.

Light looks nice and will be perfect for my space. My only issue is that I did not order an open box product but I definitely received one. It was all taped up in an unlabeled box which had been written on with sharpie to designate which which room it would go in. I paid 184.99 whereas open box price was listed as 146.99. I would appreciate a review from Wayfair as I think it is not fair or appropriate to charge full price while sending an open box product.. Hannah. Regina, SK. Wed Oct 07 2026
