Replaced 2 8 foot flourescent garage ceiling mount lights. Not user friendly with respect to mounting on ceiling where existing wiring penetrates. Four Stars would have been but after opening the installation hardware boxes and then trying to use the toggle bolts I FOUND THEM DEFECTIVE!! They would not tighten as most toggle bolts do.
