One of the connectors for the shades is a little bent, so the shade hangs a little crooked. It is noticeable, but not annoying enough for me to hire an electrician to take it down so I can return it. Only negative is the down rods that connect the base from the ceiling to the lighting frame are flimsy ( after installed) and therefore the light moves a lot (tightened the rods as much as it allowed)..
