These are very well made and the black is a true black. Very beautiful. However, as one reviewer stated, the interior lining is not a true gold as pictured, but more a mustard yellow type golden color. Not a deal breaker for us. They look terrific on our chandelier.. Very pretty material. Looks great on chandelier.. Loraine. IL. Sat Jun 16 2018

Such a simple thing, lampshades, but I dreaded going store-to-store to find replacements after 20 years of owning a pair of candelabra lamps. In just a few clicks, I located the exact pair of lampshades on the Wayfair website! These lamps sit on top of a Victorian-style dresser, part of a bedroom set purchased in the late 1990s. The picture shows how I prepared the bedroom for the arrival of my elderly parents who, because of my mother's health, came to live with my husband and me in 2024.. Cheryl. Keller, TX. Perfectly sized at 6.5" top x 6" bottom x 3" height, this compact fabric lampshade fits most chandeliers and wall sconces with ease.

I just received my lampshade and unfortunately I did not pay attention to the measurements its very small and probably would fit a little night side lamp Im not sure what Im going to do with it now because the lamp I had intended for it will definitely not fit. It seems well made and it has a pretty linen shade. Shelley. Huntington, MA. Fri May 29 2026

If a room is feeling tired, sometimes all it takes to lend it a fresh feeling isn't changing the furniture, but the light! Swapping out old lampshades for new ones like this is a great way to update your luminaries. This set of six shades is perfect for lending a fresh look to a chandelier or other candelabra bulb fixture. Crafted from shantung silk, each shade features an empire silhouette and a clip on attachment.

Beautiful the best size looks amazing. Wayfair delivered on time.. Kathy. Odessa, TX. Fri Oct 09 2026

Petite shades made of a finely woven grasscloth bring added warmth to a space. Due to the natural material’s inherent texture, there is a knotty richness to their surfaces, though the lighter hues are so delicate they read like linen. In fact, the shades for chandeliers and wall sconces in this collection are of the finest weaves made by hand, evidenced by the tiny telltale knots along the surface that prove they are the ultimate definition of artisanal. The shades come in three different weaves, the one with the most texture trimmed in thin bands of cloth and the finer ones culminating with a rolled edge. Both designs exhibit a tailored feel, as you can see from this fine off-white version of the tapered shade.

These shades were the perfect replacements for the shades in my guest room light fixture which had turned yellow. Size, shape, and color were all a perfect fit and gave the room an immediate refresh. Very pleased with the result!. Frances. Baton Rouge, LA. Thu Feb 29 2024

Featuring a hotel-tough, burlap fabric design and classic empire silhouette, this understated lamp shade lends a touch of understated style to any ensemble. Set it on a simple black-finished metal lamp in the living room for a toned down touch to your ensemble, then set it on a mirror-topped table for an added dash of elevated appeal. For a cohesive look around the room, try hanging semi-sheer curtains, then arrange taupe-upholstered sofas and arm chairs around the space to round out your neutral palette. No matter where (and how) you style it, this understated and timeless shade is sure to round out your aesthetic.

I like the overall look and quality. The only thing I don't like is how they look at night. The cage creates a pattern as a shadow through the shade when the chandelier bulbs are turned on.. Dedra. Naples, FL. Mon May 06 2019

These are a good quality but the red ones that i ordered have made the dining room a bit dark.. Joan. Bear, DE. Sat Feb 21 2026

Fun clip on shades to change the look for spring! These add warmth to an otherwise cool palette in this powder room, they are thick enough to mute the light and add a coziness to this space that had been missing. Super cute. Nancy. Weymouth, MA. Sat Feb 28 2026

Absolutely awesome. Changed the overall look of my chandelier.. Martine. Dartmouth, NS. Thu Feb 16 2017

I thought the black shades had yellow metal inside, but they are fully black. This actually turned to advantage as they reflect any color light bulb you put inside. They seem to work well with the wooden base and black power cords I had. The opening on the top is about 2 inches (it was not in the product detail). Olga. New York, NY. Wed Jun 14 2023

We wanted new shades for our dinette chandelier. I had recently replaced the crystals to nicer, more sparkly ones, and with the white shades it was a bit washed out and too dressy. The burlap shades added a touch of color and made the chandelier a little less formal. The shades are great quality, and received quickly. Virginia. Madison, WI. Mon May 27 2019

Seemed like a good product. But, I returned because I didn't feel they were big enough - as they didn't cover the bulb completely. Maybe with candle-shaped bulbs they would.. Anonymous. Tue Jan 21 2025
