The only issues I had were that the arms were a bit loose and required taking part of the fixture apart to tighten them, and that the hot/neutral wires are only marked at the end—for shorter installations you have to visually trace the wires and label before trimming them down.. I will start by saying that we were disappointed that our first order of this light arrived broken — the box itself looked intact, but the glass shade was damaged inside, which is probably just one of the risks you take with glass lighting shipping. Wayfair was really great about providing a replacement free of charge without me having to return the broken item. Unfortunately, they werent willing to pay for expedited shipping, which made it a scramble to get the light installed in time for a social gathering at our house. Once we got the replacement chandelier, installation was relatively easy, and the chain was quite long, allowing for varying hanging lengths, which was great. The light is beautiful and has really elevated our home, especially paired with a ceiling medallion. The brass finish isnt the most premium-looking, but it suits our home well and looks a lot nicer than our previous light — especially for the price, which felt like a great value for how beautiful the fixture is. We live in a colonial cottage with a mix of traditional and more modern finishes, and this fixture strikes a great transitional balance that ties it together. Worth noting the online listing had the wrong bulb size listed. It actually requires E12 bulbs, not E26, so I had to return my bulb order as well.
