Love the light but not satisfied with the polished nickel i ordered. I did not realize that this looks just like chrome. Think i will have to return this and get the satin nickel to match the rest of the kitchen. But the light in general is very pretty.. Anonymous. Sun Jul 07 2024

These are nice lights. My only complaint is that they are painted red on the inside as well;. I used some flat white spray paint to paint the insides of the shades to make the light more neutral.. Anonymous. Fri Sep 13 2024

This fixture from Innovation Lighting is the Ballston, not the Plymouth. Wayfair has the wrong product name and description. The Ballston has a silver cord, the Plymouth has a metal stem. The item shipped does not come with stems, even though this is listed as a feature in the product. I had to return the lamps and purchase what I needed elsewhere.. Allen. Breckenridge, CO. Love these! They are much bigger and substantial than they look online (which is a good thing!). I was looking for something on the larger side because we have 2 hanging over a huge island and didn't want them to look dinky. Also love the color!. Jill. Boynton Beach, FL. Fri Dec 13 2024

Love the overall look of the light. The shades are quite a bit lighter than what is pictured. We ordered the plated smoke and looks like we got clear. I had not reached out to try and get an exchange for the shades since it took a while between my order and the builders installing the light. Will be reaching out for exchange options now. Will update once it's resolved. UPDATE: As always, Wayfair was great in the resolution of the different shades. I have only had positive customer service interactions with Wayfair- that's what keeps me coming back!. Anonymous. Wed Jul 15 2026
