Beautiful light fixture, gives off great light even with the diffuser at the bottom. I was originally going to install it without it because I didn’t want to hinder the light coming through, but chose not to, looks good either way and it’s still bright with the type of light bulbs we installed. Instructions were not the easiest to follow but we made it work. Some of the crystal prongs were not secure so we had to squeeze a few to help keep the crystals in place and so they won’t fall out in the future. The diffuser was somewhat difficult to put in, it’s not easy to center. But after some constant manipulation we were able to get it set. It doesn’t look cheap in my opinion and it was worth the cost. I love them! I bought two, one for the entryway and one for the top of our stairs. They sit next to the dining room where my second chandelier (same one as in last house) that were both purchased from Wayfair. They look perfect together. My chandelier sold my house to the very first couple who came to see the house. She fell in love with it and said we want it! This light fixture brings the bling with the crystals and design! It's bigger than I thought it would be and adds so much beauty to the space! I thought the fabric band would be a creamier tan color but it is white, but from a distance gives a creamy glow and that works fine for me. Installing as far as the wiring goes was very easy, but there is a cross bar attachment to secure it to the ceiling and I would strongly recommend tightening those screws in place as soon as you detach them from the base because they slide and that made installation very tricky for me. Also, I did add the crystals before installation and I would add those after its done, because it became heavy as I was trying to find the connector screws.
