This light is beautiful and we love it, however, the hardware doesn't make any sense. There is a hollow screw that the light must be strung through in order to connect to the ceiling wires. There is no backup 'hard wire' to keep this from unscrewing itself and falling. For a semi-expensive light fixture, we expected the instructions and the pieces to be built better, so just be aware of that if you order this one!. Brittany. Los Angeles, CA. Thu Sep 17 2026

Love it! Looks gorgeous, I had an electrician install them for me. I live in a very old apt and the electrician had to come back a second time to reattach it because it fell. Not the lamps fault but more of my buildings electric system. Otherwise gorgeous lamp. Yuri. US. Wed Oct 07 2026

Metal ceiling Fixture with bronze finish. 15 Feet cord. Height adjustable. Maximum Height 75 in. Minimum Height 16 in. Each piece of glass is hand-soldered into place using the traditional copper foil technique.

Richard. Very nice pendant light for the money. I liked the rope chain idea because existing ceiling outlet was not centered where I need my small kitchen table, luckily I have exposed beams so screwed a hook in and it's perfect now. The issue with this light is the rope chain unfortunately. As a guy with many different pliers, I found it very difficult to open and close the chain links to finish it off at the ceiling. You have to be very careful with it to not scratch off the antiqued look from the chain. Ideally they would have included a threaded link instead of bending open and closed. Still a nice light.. Instructions are hard to read and follow -- only a diagram with very tiny print, and an error or two, so it seems. There's no way to adjust the length of the chain and wires (don't ignore the wires [AC and copper ground wire] that dangle with the the chain; wrap them a couple of times around the chain so not so intrusive). You could cut the chain and wires, but then you'd have to open up one chain link, hook it to the top "ring" and then close up the link somehow, hoping it holds/works. I opted to use an S hook and double up the chain in one section, after it was hung; doesn't look great because you are also doubling up the electric cord and ground wire with it. Twist ties help. As my installer, offering encouragement said, "you won't notice it after a few days." Other than all that, the light, when lit shines nicely -- use 100 w equivalent led bulbs. Installing is definitely a two-person job, since the wire and chain have to be connected and fed through the shade and up into the cap where it connects to the ceiling. Finally, the description says this is cut glass. I assume it is, though it feels like some kind of plastic. But probably some kind of lightweight break-resistant glass, I think.. Robert.
