We ordered 3 of these lights. When they arrived 2of the 3 lights were damaged. I immediately started the replacement process and waited to review to see how it worked since I have not had this issue before. I took pictures of the 2 damaged light and the e boxes they came in and submitted. I received an almost immediate response of when new ones would ship and waited. We have a cottage craftsman home that my husband built four years ago. I love vintage style lighting and fixtures and have been wanting this light fixture for awhile. I was able to get it this month. When you turn it on at the switch you can select warm, daylight or white. This light also comes in purple white. It’s large and could be used over a dining table. I show to have it in our foyer.
