I ordered this light fixture expecting the gold metal finish, but received the black finish instead. Normally that would have been disappointing, especially since I had specifically chosen the gold option to match my design plans. However, it ended up being a happy accident because I absolutely love the way the black finish looks in the space. The fixture itself is stunning. The amber-toned glass creates a warm, inviting glow and casts beautiful patterns across the ceiling when illuminated. The black metal frame provides the perfect contrast to the glass, giving the fixture a modern yet elegant look that feels much more high-end than I expected. In hindsight, I actually think the black finish works better with my room than the gold would have. Installation was straightforward, and all of the pieces arrived well-packaged with no damage. Once assembled, the chandelier felt sturdy and secure. The quality of both the glass and metal components exceeded my expectations for the price point. This light has quickly become one of my favorite design features in the room. It provides plenty of light while also serving as a statement piece.
