She bashed 3 out of 7 packages around on my porch, luckily only one thing got damaged. That I've found so far. Not Wayfair's fault. They handled a replacement very quickly with no hassle. This is a very cool light fixture. It has texture so it you use clear light bulbs the texture bounces off the walls. I used the shortest stems on each light so they are very close together. There is a bedroom right above where this light is hung so it clinks together some if someone jumps upstairs. If the bulbs were spaced out more it wouldn’t do that. But it’s a very cool fixture.. Kb.
