Directions show 2 wires the black and white. But there are 3 wires. With 2 extra precut wires included 1 black and 1 white. Will definitely need a installer to come in to put it up for me. This light is beautiful. It is not extremely bright, but great for my closet. I will say hanging the beads on the light takes an incredible amount of patience.
