Looks very nice up on my ceiling and definitely updated my room. It was pretty old school as far as assembly. There were plenty of extra parts (screws) in case you dropped something and lost it. It included one white cotton glove so as to not get fingerprints and smudges on the chrome pieces, they could have included two or even a soft cloth to clean the smudges and fingerprints off. It works fine. Love the different light settings and fans speeds. We just installed it last night so there is no review for durability but fingers crossed it will last for many years to come. My issue is with the shipping and the damage to the box which lead to a damaged fan blade, which would be great if they replaced. I really like this ceiling fan. I like the RGB light aspect of it and that it has a remote control. It came packaged well and protected. The directions are not the best, but we managed to get it installed. Quality is not the best...but it is not bad either. It has 6 speeds to select from as far as fan speed and even when it's set to number 6...the fan does not wobble at all, which is extremely nice. I didn't even have to use the weight balance kit. It is a pretty fan and I'd actually rate it at 4.5 stars if that was an option. The description mentions something about voice control, but I don't see anything in the manual on how to use voice control. This product came with everything it was supposed to and provided clear instructions. Each item was individually wrapped and came in perfect condition. No scratches or knick’s. The black finish is one of my favorite features. It has a very sleek, modern look and matches our bedroom perfectly, giving the space a clean and updated feel. Assembly took about an hour from start to finish, which felt very reasonable. Once the fan itself was assembled, the wiring portion was straightforward and essentially wire-to-wire, which made installation much easier than expected. The fan feels sturdy and well-made once installed, and everything lined up properly without forcing any pieces. I also really love that it comes with a remote. The remote adds a lot of convenience and works smoothly, making it easy to control the fan and light without getting up. Beautiful fan..however very difficult to put together as the pictures reflect, it came in multiple pieces with many screw wires. This is not a job for a novice.
