The bulb is beautiful but came with a small crack and is crooked when installed. We are doing an ocean theme so the crooked part is ok but I tried to would rather get one that is straight. Tried reaching customer service but no response. The customer service is awful. I would be happy with some resolution but heard nothing back.. Justine. Seattle, WA. Wed Sep 30 2026
