This chandelier is beautiful! We had it installed by an electrician, and he said it was easy to install. I got this to coordinate with a new vanity light. The shades online look almost identical to the ones on my vanity light. I did not realize the shades are not a crystal glass. Each individual glass piece is hooked onto the metal circular frame by a twisted piece of thin metal, kind of like a staple. From far away they look similar enough but a complete glass shade would look better. I also wonder how easily the thin little metal pieces will rust. It said it was OK in a damp location like a bathroom but I wonder. Overall I like the look of the light.. Lisa. Lansing, MI. Thu Oct 01 2026
