Chain Light Blue Pendant Lighting

The Cone pendants radiate a mid-century modern aesthetic through a convergence of fundamental shapes. A classic cone-shaped shade connects to a circular ring detail through a cubical pinnacle. The whole ensemble is suspended from a rectangular-link chain and houses a 60-watt medium-base socket. A brilliant light reflection is generated from the aged brass interior of the conical shade. Compliment your space with the dynamic design of the Cone series of pendant lights.

Delicately hand-applied gold leaf rests against the soft, seafoam-colored patina of an aged galvanized steel shade, creating a striking contrast of opulence and rustic charm. Hidden within the shade is a single 100W max bulb (sold separately), and it works with dimmer switches to move you effortlessly from day to night. This pendant hangs with the help of a height-adjustable chain and canopy that's compatible with sloped ceilings. And, it's rated for damp locations, making it safe for high-moisture environments.

Gorgeous light! So much better than the one that was there before! Now I find myself really wanting to trash the people who used to live in my house for their extreme lack of taste in bathroom lighting…but I won’t! I’ll just simply say that Wayfair is the place to go for pretty bathroom lights, and why doesn’t everybody just kinda automatically know that? I mean what rock did the previous owners of this house crawl out from under, anyways? Sheesh! People just never cease to mystify me…I realize this review is more about me than it is about them, but sometimes ya just gotta wonder…the tacky thing they had in there (before I wisely and tastefully replaced it with this one) looked like something in a Best Western. Who wants to live in a Best Western? Not me, sugar. I got BETTER places ta live.. Elizabeth. Langston, AL. Fri Apr 11 2025

Instructions are hard to read and follow -- only a diagram with very tiny print, and an error or two, so it seems. There's no way to adjust the length of the chain and wires (don't ignore the wires [AC and copper ground wire] that dangle with the the chain; wrap them a couple of times around the chain so not so intrusive). You could cut the chain and wires, but then you'd have to open up one chain link, hook it to the top "ring" and then close up the link somehow, hoping it holds/works. I opted to use an S hook and double up the chain in one section, after it was hung; doesn't look great because you are also doubling up the electric cord and ground wire with it. Twist ties help. As my installer, offering encouragement said, "you won't notice it after a few days." Other than all that, the light, when lit shines nicely -- use 100 w equivalent led bulbs. Installing is definitely a two-person job, since the wire and chain have to be connected and fed through the shade and up into the cap where it connects to the ceiling. Finally, the description says this is cut glass. I assume it is, though it feels like some kind of plastic. But probably some kind of lightweight break-resistant glass, I think.. Robert.
