I ordered the semi-flush mounted ceiling light which arrived in a few days in a well packed box. The light is approximately 8 12 high. The metal is gold with clear plastic circles pieces inside the gold circles. The light is pretty and I have matching candle sticks. The directions are easy to read. I have the light in my entryway and now it a nice and bright. The light can go in any room in your home. I would recommend getting this light if you like a bright area light. This light could be beautiful. The crystals are beautiful but the gold is orange gold. The installation instructions are terrible. It is very difficult to find bulbs for the light. If I can convince my husband to take the light down I am going to spray paint it a champagne gold or matte black. The remote works well, unfortunately I couldn’t find dimmable light bulbs.
