The overall design of this 3-light sculptural gradient glass globe cluster pendant is both stylish and practical. The most striking feature of this pendant is the gradient glass globe shades. I just received the pendants today. I like them except I can’t figure out how to put them together. The black rectangular piece doesn’t seem to attach to the shade in any way. The socket is much smaller than the top opening of the shade. Seems like a piece is missing. I may have to send these back unfortunately. 12/16/2018: Wayfair’s customer service helped resolve this problem. The original shades sent were incorrect. Once I figured that out, I notified Wayfair’s customer service and included photos, they responded quickly and arranged for the correct shades to be shipped. Hopefully they will arrive tomorrow. Getting the shades ready for shipping and having them shipped has taken a little more time than I would like but generally very happy with Wayfair for their attention and concern.. Roxanne.
