The Cara collection from designer Kevin Kraemer, is a transitional take on a traditional type of semi flushmount. To compliment the rich circular glassware are decorative metal straps.

This 1-light semi-flush mount is a simple design that still makes an impact wherever you install it. Consisting of a circular canopy and a downward-facing holder, it's crafted from metal with a sleek finish of your choice to suit your space's aesthetic and color scheme. Surrounding a single bulb (sold separately) is a glass drum shade with an eye-catching grooved surface for a bold, dynamic look. This mount is also damp-rated for high-moisture environments. I’m attempting to complement the external architecture of the house with Craftsman style fixtures. This light gives this aesthetic and so it goes into the guest room. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This light fixture is really pretty. My bathroom is beige/white with gold accents and this fits in perfectly. But I think it’s made for a bigger room. Since the bubs aren’t covered with anything, it’s really very bright. I’m still experimenting with different light hubs though. I ordered three of these for our new build. At 33 days after delivery the contractors let me know they installed them. All three had identical dents on the shades. Contacted Wayfair who said because it has been 30 days after delivery, they won't do anything for me. I am not asking to return them, I just want undented shades for my new lights. The Avalon 4 light semi flushmount is a timeless classic. It is hand made here in North America with pride.

Just received this lamp. But it doesn't look like the picture. First of all, the finish colour is supposed to be nickel with a thin rim. Still, I got a rough chrome finish, which was disappointing because I had carefully selected the colours and style for my updated interior. It doesn't look as elegant and beautiful as the picture. The "Martina Collection" is so unique from a design stance. The glass is actually shaped as a bulb and the bottom glass holder is designed like the bottom of a vintage screw type bulb. The wiring has a "vintage" element since it is twisted the way Thomas Edison first introduced the bulb.
