This is a nice modern light fixture and I really like the overall design. I do wish I had paid closer attention to the measurements before ordering because it was smaller than I expected, especially compared to the larger fixture we took down. The light output is also very warm and on the yellow side, and I personally would have preferred a cooler, brighter light for the space. That being said, it is still an attractive fixture and gives the room a clean, updated look. I would recommend checking the measurements carefully and making sure you prefer warm lighting before ordering.. Sabrina. Salisbury, NC. Sat Aug 22 2026

Featuring a horizontal rectangular cage‑style frame with wood outer trim, this flush mount features an open-work interior with black X‑crisscross metal lattice. The airy open‑frame design exudes rich vintage charm. When illuminated, bulbs filter through the X‑shaped metal grid, casting eye‑catching diamond‑pattern shadows across ceilings and walls. It creates a warm, relaxed retro ambiance and pairs beautifully with farmhouse, modern farmhouse, rustic and industrial‑style interiors.

This character-rich drum wooden flush ceiling light celebrates honest materials and handcrafted texture. The defining feature of it is its drum shade constructed from individual wooden strips (slats). Rather than a solid shade, the wood is arranged as vertical or slightly curved battens around a circular frame, leaving thin gaps between each strip. Unlike mass-produced metal drum shades, the wooden strips bring instant warmth and a made-by-hand comfort that makes a house feel like a home. It's the kind of piece that looks as though it was built in a rural workshop rather than a factory. When illuminated, the wooden slat drum creates a mesmerizing dance of light and shadow. The gaps between strips allow light to stream through in thin ribbons, casting rhythmic shadow lines across your walls and ceiling — like sunlight through a farmhouse fence.

This square flush mount ceiling light combines solid wood and metal for a sturdy, dimensional design. Dark wood accents soften the black-finished metal structure, while geometric lattice panels create an open, architectural look. When illuminated, the cutout panels cast decorative lattice-patterned shadows on surrounding surfaces. Its crisp, layered square silhouette and soft, warm light foster a cozy atmosphere, ideal for farmhouse, industrial, and transitional interiors.

The LED fixture I had burnt out and because the bulb cannot be replaced, I had to replace the whole unit. The electrician told me to get something that would also take an incandescent bulb. This one looks much better than the standard office space flush mount fixture. I picked this one because I didn’t like when the casing around the bulb made shadows aim down into the stairwell. It looks nice when the shadows are up on the ceiling though.. Je. Medfield, MA. Wed Aug 12 2026

This light is way cool! I was on a mission to replace all the b00b lights in the house, and so far I think this one is my favorite. No assembly was required, it was good to go straight out of the box. The only thing I don’t love is that there’s nothing to cover the light bulbs, which makes them super bright if you look right at them. But it does make it really easy to change the bulbs.
