Stunning fixture! Perfect for my home office. Two notes: first on installation, the inner bracket (included) is smaller than the outer flush cap which made hole alignment for the mounting screws tricky. Second on light disbursement: a few of the crystals are creating a prism/rainbow light effect -- which seems to be corrected by trial and error crystal adjustment.
