Low profile, and perfect of the space I need! This lamp will do the trick for a corner area behind my husband's desk. Easy to assemble, though the lamp shade was a little tricky to clip together. I love the styling of this lamp, and so I gave it five stars. But there were a couple of issues I found there was a dent on the base as though somebody had dropped something pointed on it, and the wood had some imperfections. I know full well that I could’ve sent it back and Wayfair would have replaced the lamp they are very good about that sort of thing. But the issues weren’t so bad that I decided not to keep the lamp. Finally, the tip of the lamp is accented by abaca rope, this time, representing the smoke that escapes the heat. Humankind was able to advance, innovate, and civilize by harnessing fire. Continue the tradition by lighting up any room with the inspiring presence of the flame lamp. The entire lamp is crafted using wrought iron, powder coated for durability. The tip and base of the lamp are crafted using abaca rope, handwoven through a wrought iron frame. This floor lamp is all about dimension and texture. The woven vine that makes up the outer diffuser is not only an attractive feature but is strong enough to serve as a protective barrier for the inner diffuser. The inner diffuser features durian fruit fiber which is adhered to a standard UL lamp backing and held in place by a powder-coated, wrought iron frame. The outer diffuser features vine woven into a sturdy, wire mesh that is attached to the frame. The entire lamp is set on wooden finials.

Love the lamps! They’re unique and are great mood lights, particularly for a theater room. I almost didn’t purchase the lamps because I wanted some that had dimmer switches to adjust the light. I was afraid that they would be too bright for my theater room. However, it’s the exact opposite, they are not bright enough, but I might be able to use higher wattage bulbs (they recommend 60 watts and each lamp requires four bulbs), but I’ll need to look into this more.
