First package shipped out encountered a problem before we even received it. They did send a replacement and did communicate adequately. When the replacement arrived the glass cover was cracked on one of the lights. I did not have the option to report a problem. This was, I assume, because I did not buy the protection valued at $18 dollars. I can understand if the product fails after you have had it for awhile but it is reasonable to expect that a product is received in good order and works when you get it. Perhaps, if you pay the extortion fee of $18 you may receive a product that is not damaged and works. My only option was to return the lights when all I would like is one light replaced. The lights are well made and easy to install, just takes time splicing the wires from light to light. Also need a decent transformer to time them, I use the dusk till dawn setting. These are exactly what I was looking for to replace my older halogen floodlights. They were easy to install on the existing stems of the previous lights and easy to adjust the position and angle of the light. If you don’t have the stem and canopy you will need to get them from an electrical supply.
