She bashed 3 out of 7 packages around on my porch, luckily only one thing got damaged. That I've found so far. Not Wayfair's fault. They handled a replacement very quickly with no hassle. Beautiful drum pendant! The rattan is so homey and adds warmth to the room. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. No damage or any issues. I prefer this chain instead of rods because you can easily adjust the length of the pendant to your liking. Plus if your light or electrical box isn’t centered to the room, this makes it easy to center with a hook. Mark the center of the room, add a hook and hang the pendant there.
