Not difficult to assemble or install. I (64, F) installed it from a ladder on a 9' ceiling. Installation was easy, except that this was going where a previous recessed can light was located - That portion took some effort with a can conversion product (Westinghouse), once that was done the light fixture went up just fine, is a cute look over the bath tub. I was looking for a nice expensive looking crystal ceiling light to go in my living room foyer. My front door is fairly close to the ceiling, so finding the perfect size was fairly stressful. I decided I would look on Wayfair and behold I found a light more beautiful than I ever imagined. It does have a hundred crystals that is added after it is hung. I would recommend using a licensed electrician as I wanted my light to be hung perfectly. I am enclosing a picture of the chandelier in my dining room that I wanted the foyer light to match.
