Why cant they ship pendant light wires wrapped around something or looped instead of folded?!? I spent sometime with a blowdryer held between my knees heating up the wire while I worked at the kinks with both hands to smooth them away. It worked to get them pretty straight. I really like the light fixture as it really pulled my dining room together. One of the globes was broken during shipping.
