I really like the light fixture as it really pulled my dining room together. One of the globes was broken during shipping. Absolutely stunning!!! Well made and well packaged. Well worth every penny. Thank you for the amazing customer service from the manufacturer. After installation, six of the nine of the lights weren't working. I called the manufacturer for support. They explained that the lights are on loop, much like Christmas lights. If you unscrew the end, unplug the bulb (starting with the one closest to those that are out), then put it back, and continue this process with each of the bulbs, you can get it working.
