The light came quickly, but the driver left the box far from my house down a long driveway, right in the middle of a rain storm. I told Wayfair and they immediately sent a replacement, which is great customer service. The new light arrived quickly and looks great over my kitchen island. My reason for a four star rating instead of five is that I can’t figure out how to enable the light for my smart house system. There is a remote control which I find obnoxious to deal with—I think I need to change the switch, which might solve the issue. The light is beautiful! I didn’t realizeor didn’t think much of the light having chains to hang, and so it doesn’t really match my other pendant light styles. Just something to be mindful of because I wasn’t! It wasn’t a bear to hang, but it didn’t hang level and took several attempts to get it level. We actually just stuck a little piece of foam under the part of the chain on one side that sits in the hook to lift it just enough to be level because I gave up. Overall, we like it!. Erika.
