This is exactly the reading lamp I’ve been looking for years! I found something similar at an antique store going for over 500 but this one is obviously better for my budget. It went together quickly and is exactly what I was hoping for with an adjustable arm to raise or lower the light. The remote is comprehensive and there are different settings for computer versus book versus rocking a baby! You can even change the color of the bulb and the brightness. I will definitely purchase another one of these! I had to edit this because after a couple of days the lamp fell down due to inadequate counterweight and I’m having a hard time getting it to stay at the proper angle so some hardware adjustments will need to be made (already over tightened it)..
