The shade came with a small hole. Probably from shipping. The seller replaced asap. It was a little difficult to install, the directions are very simple and one page. So it takes a minute to figure it out. Once you get past that, the rest of installation is fairly easy. The actual light itself is gorgeous! That’s why I still would recommend!. Angelina.
