This product is ok. I like the quality of the glass shades, they don't feel like plastic to the touch. They are also easily wipeable. The black is a nice matte black, so it looks like a nice heavy iron material. The only thing getting me is the wiring the lights actually hang from. They are so bent, I am hoping they will straighten out. In the Wayfair photos the wiring looks perfectly straight but I don't believe I'll be able to get them this straight because it is a thicker wiring. The light is beautiful! I didn’t realizeor didn’t think much of the light having chains to hang, and so it doesn’t really match my other pendant light styles. Just something to be mindful of because I wasn’t! It wasn’t a bear to hang, but it didn’t hang level and took several attempts to get it level. The light came quickly, but the driver left the box far from my house down a long driveway, right in the middle of a rain storm. I told Wayfair and they immediately sent a replacement, which is great customer service. The new light arrived quickly and looks great over my kitchen island. My reason for a four star rating instead of five is that I can’t figure out how to enable the light for my smart house system. There is a remote control which I find obnoxious to deal with—I think I need to change the switch, which might solve the issue.
