This pendant is gorgeous! It was easy to assemble and has several rods for you to adjust the length. It took one person under 20 minutes to assemble, hanging is a different story. I have a large pantry with a window, it has to sit high enough up that we don’t hit our heads with our 9’ ceilings. The wood is faux, made of some kind of metal. It takes standard sized chandelier bulbs. It lets off a lot of light, so I love that it is dimmable. The light came quickly, but the driver left the box far from my house down a long driveway, right in the middle of a rain storm. I told Wayfair and they immediately sent a replacement, which is great customer service. The new light arrived quickly and looks great over my kitchen island. My reason for a four star rating instead of five is that I can’t figure out how to enable the light for my smart house system. There is a remote control which I find obnoxious to deal with—I think I need to change the switch, which might solve the issue.
