I just received the pendants today. I like them except I can’t figure out how to put them together. The black rectangular piece doesn’t seem to attach to the shade in any way. The socket is much smaller than the top opening of the shade. Seems like a piece is missing. I may have to send these back unfortunately. 12/16/2018: Wayfair’s customer service helped resolve this problem. The original shades sent were incorrect. Once I figured that out, I notified Wayfair’s customer service and included photos, they responded quickly and arranged for the correct shades to be shipped. Hopefully they will arrive tomorrow. Getting the shades ready for shipping and having them shipped has taken a little more time than I would like but generally very happy with Wayfair for their attention and concern.. Roxanne. The product itself is fine, however the pictures don’t really show what it’s actually like. Make sure you read the color description. The picture makes the black dome piece look more matte and smooth, however the gloss black one is VERY glossy and had some bubbles/imperfections around it. I am not sure it’s worth the price, however I really like the braided style of the cord so I may try to reorder in the actual matte color and see if it looks better.
