Beautiful piece! It is rattan and is made very well. It is not staggers they are in a circle same height. They go up very easily and they look great in any hallway even smaller ones. The light up surroundings very well and with she starburst the light dances in ceiling. The price is great and it goes with many other style rattan wicker you may already have.
