I wanted to give this 5 stars! The oil-rubbed bronze is the PERFECT tone in person (not too brown, more of a softwarm black but distinct from true black when placed next to it). Put the whole thing together myself except I can’t tell if this plastic thing needs to be removed. I don’t think the wires will fit otherwise. The instructions don’t specify and for an electrical noob such as myself it is mildly frustrating to have to wait for my husband to get home to finish the project. As it is rated for dry locations only, it is not suitable for a full bathroom or a damp location. This flush mount is lead-compatible.

Super chic ceiling mount light fixture. Nothing too snazzy, very modest but definitely lightens up the room. I do wish it had a cover for the base to block the bright light bulb glare but it isn’t horrible. Nor did it advertise that as an option, just would be nice.
