In love with the way this chandelier turned out. It’s perfect for our sunroom. Very happy with the design and quality of the fixture, and it provides just the right amount of light over my dining table. However I was disappointed to find there were only two vertical rods included. One is 12" and the other is 6" providing only 18" of length from the ceiling. My own fault for not reviewing the specifications more thoroughly, but it seems like an insufficient amount for many installations, including mine. Very pleased with this purchase! The light fixture arrived quickly and was exactly as pictured. The only issue we had was that the hanging bars included were either too long or too short for our ceiling height. We were able to request an extra one of the shorter bars, which fixed the issue perfectly. Customer service was excellent and their response was quick, and getting the extra bar was super easy. We were also able to follow the included instructions, along with a quick video guide, and had the fixture installed in about 30 minutes.
