I’m still deciding. I like that the canopy will hide the junction between the 2 halves, but didn’t expect 2 pieces. I thought it was one whole light. I like that the individual lights can each point in a different direction, but I don’t like the thick-seeking plastic covers on each. Especially without the time to install it, I don’t know how much they will illuminate through this plastic. I’ll try to update, because I think the above info is important. Unsure.. Theresa. Love it!!! We have a dark hallway that used to have that ugly globe light that usually comes with the home. With a long hallway, the area where the light is was well-lit but the rest of the hallway is dark. We wanted something that illuminates the entire length of the hallway. This is perfect as it has 6 lights AND it’s very bright. What makes this even better is how you can increase the brightness or dim it down, as well as change the color temperature from soft white, bright white and daylight, by just using the remote control.
