The light came quickly, but the driver left the box far from my house down a long driveway, right in the middle of a rain storm. I told Wayfair and they immediately sent a replacement, which is great customer service. The new light arrived quickly and looks great over my kitchen island. My reason for a four star rating instead of five is that I can’t figure out how to enable the light for my smart house system. There is a remote control which I find obnoxious to deal with—I think I need to change the switch, which might solve the issue. This product is ok. I like the quality of the glass shades, they don't feel like plastic to the touch. They are also easily wipeable. The black is a nice matte black, so it looks like a nice heavy iron material. The only thing getting me is the wiring the lights actually hang from. They are so bent, I am hoping they will straighten out. In the Wayfair photos the wiring looks perfectly straight but I don't believe I'll be able to get them this straight because it is a thicker wiring. The wiring itself is also adjustable which is nice for customizing. I may trim them down a bit if I can't them as straight as I'd like. Overall though, still good quality (:. Stephanie. Somers, NY. Beautiful light fixture, I love the simplicity of it and the scallops on the light bulb cups. It is bright with regular light bulbs, it would be perfect with Edison bulbs. I love this lighting fixture. I have the 4 shade version, over my kitchen table and I love how it elevates the look of my space. I also got another Latitude Run fixture for the cooking area of the kitchen. They were not sold as coordinates but they work very well together. I am very pleased by the new look. The light is beautiful! I didn’t realizeor didn’t think much of the light having chains to hang, and so it doesn’t really match my other pendant light styles. Just something to be mindful of because I wasn’t! It wasn’t a bear to hang, but it didn’t hang level and took several attempts to get it level. We actually just stuck a little piece of foam under the part of the chain on one side that sits in the hook to lift it just enough to be level because I gave up. Overall, we like it!. Erika.
