The core of the mount is crafted in a rich brass metal with a unique, fluted or scalloped pattern radiating outwards from the center. This intricate detailing gives the fixture a touch of elegance and a nod to mid-century modern design principles. The central hub is connected to six slender, curved arms that extend gracefully outwards, each terminating in a stunning opal-shaded glass globe. The opal shades are a key feature of this light fixture. They have a milky, translucent quality that diffuses light softly, creating a warm and inviting ambiance in any room. The spherical shape of the globes adds a classic and timeless element to the overall contemporary design.

It’s a nice chandelier. Finding the right light bulbs was very frustrating. The instructions only say to get an E26 bulb which is the standard base. It says nothing about the length of the bulb you need to get. A standard light bulb won’t fit, it’s too long and you can’t fit the globe over it. You have to get an E26 A15 bulb.. Rachael. I have very poor lighting in my house and was thinking of installing recessed lighting, but then I found this, which is a much less expensive option. The lighting simulated the patterns of the sky, including sunrise and cloudy days. The remote is easy to use . Installation requires watching a you tube video, but that made it much easier . I ordered another one because my kids confiscated this one to the basement... highly recommend. Linda. Charlton, NY. Wed Jul 01 2026

This 1-light flower pleated glass globe semi ceiling light is a stunning and elegant lighting fixture that seamlessly blends modern design with classic aesthetics. It features an opal glass globe shade, which is the centerpiece of the fixture. The opal glass is known for its milky, translucent quality that diffuses light beautifully, creating a soft and warm ambiance in any room. One of the most striking features of the frosted glass globe semi flush mount is its unique flower pleated pattern. The petals are meticulously crafted to resemble delicate blossoms, adding a touch of natural beauty and sophistication to the design. These golden petals encircle the opal glass globe, enhancing the visual appeal and making the fixture a focal point in any interior space. The pleated pattern not only serves an ornamental purpose but also adds depth and texture, making the fixture more dynamic and visually interesting. The flush mount design allows the fixture to sit close to the ceiling, making it ideal for rooms with lower ceilings or where a less obtrusive lighting solution is desired.

The 5-light mid-century ellipse opal glass semi flush mount is a captivating lighting fixture that seamlessly combines mid-century modern design elements with contemporary functionality. At its core, it has a central circular base from which five elegant, elongated ellipse-shaped metal arms extend outwards. Each of the five arms supports a frosted opal glass shade. The opal glass is a key design element, as it diffuses light in a soft, gentle manner. When the light is turned on, the frosted glass creates a warm, ambient glow that fills the room, eliminating harsh shadows and providing a cozy atmosphere. The spherical shape of the shades adds to the overall mid-century modern aesthetic, with its clean lines and simple yet sophisticated form. As a semi-flush mount, this opal glass sputnik semi ceiling light is designed to be installed relatively close to the ceiling. It is an ideal choice for spaces where a chandelier might be too large or obtrusive, but a flush mount would not provide enough visual interest.
