I like this a lot and it was a nice and easy install. It comes with the lightbulb which is also really nice. The only thing that frustrated me is that the base of it is plastic. I was screwing it in and the plastic cracked. I plan to paint the post so I will try to cover the crack with paint also but when that happens with a new light you are just frustrated. The one I had replaced had a metal base and it made me question if I was going down in quality.. Kate. Bloomsburg, PA. Thu Oct 08 2026

This light fixture is a nice upgrade to our old one. It's larger and the tempered glass really adds some extra glow at night. The installation was fairly easy until the copper ground wire came undone from the fixture. It was attached with a standard clip but the clip was slightly loose. It was a pretty easy fix though. Just slid it back in and clamped the clip down with some pliers. The rest of the wiring was just fine and straight-forward. The instructions were very clear. It was packaged very well.. Julie. Bring timeless charm to your home with this classic American vintage solar post light. Featuring a refined hexagonal lantern design, warm Edison-style glow, and dual power options, it blends elegance, durability, and modern convenience—perfect for creating a cozy, welcoming outdoor atmosphere in any space.

It is very nice however hardwiring is not an option for me. The small light that is powered by the solar battery does not put off very much light. It is very dim compared to other solar lights I have on my property. Since I was installing mine on a wood rail I had to find 4 screws that were long enough to fit the base. When I attached the three screws that held the top section onto the base the metal actually split a bit. But it felt secure so I have not reached out to company.. Phyllis. Louisiana. Sun Jun 14 2026

Its photosensitive sensor captures solar energy during the day, automatically illuminating at dusk and turning off at dawn. This not only saves energy but also enhances the beauty of your outdoor area while lighting your way home.

Love this planter light. The lights are very bright and stay on a long time. I anchored mine by putting bricks in the bottom under the soil for the plants. Became a center piece in our garden.. Kathleen. Medford, NJ. Fri Jul 03 2026
