Way over priced. Broken crystal balls, dented crystal balls, metal piece, broken slanted damaged I’m extremely disappointed. I had already taken everything out of the box threw away box’s in trash. Now I’m stuck. waste of trash. People already came to pick up the trash. Now I’m Stuck with it. Also ball for top doesn’t screw!! It doesn’t tell you which one is the live wire, neutral wires. You need a wire tester to test the live wires. If you don’t have one, do not attempt to twist incorrect wires , because you can start a fire!. Anonymous. Thu Feb 26 2026

We have a well lit covered, open entry on which the package should have been left. It was left out in the open by the garage door. Had we left with the car parked on this side of the garage door we would have hit it and knocked it over. There was also moisture coming down so the box is damp. Very disappointed in this part of the process. The lamp fits very well in the room and I love the light it put out. The dimmer switch works very well.. Loretta. Lincoln, NE. Mon Jan 13 2025
