I chose this set of 2 brass lamps for a new room design project I've been working on. They arrived to my residence undamaged and packed very well. The small product box had me wondering how in the world there's 2 lamps in there, possibly thinking there was a shipping mistake, but there wasn't! LOL! The lamp shades and their frames are packed for efficient shipping. You can see the lamp shade laid flat before it is clipped on the shade frame. The shade is packed wrapped around the lamps so there's no creases or dents. Genius! The 3 levels of lighting is also convenient so you can get the glow you want. They're perfect height for living room or den, and placement on a large piece of furniture as you can see in the photos. There's USB charging ports for convenience too. I ordered these lamps to replace the ones that were on our bedside tables and I love them! What I liked about these lamps was that they are smaller in bulk and would give us more space back for all the things we need to plug in at night. I also liked that they operate by touch to turn on/off. It's so simple now. The shade is white, so when the light is on, it brightens the room more. The lamps came with light bulbs saving an extra order or a trip to the store to buy them. That was a plus to me. At first I was concerned that the base was small and the lamp might tip over because it could be top heavy, but this isn't the case at all.
