I liked the light until I put a up another light fixture where the crystal had more prism in it and decided I need to go with a fixture of lighting to be more prismatic in that space so for that reason I will be returning this fixture . This was a great find for me. Package was delivered timely and packaged securely, so there was no damage to the product. They give you an additional two glass globes just in case you break one while installing lol. I will say the install was very nerve wracking because you had to attach these hooks to the balls and then attach them to the springs that are on the flushed mount. It puts you in the mind of attaching hooks to a Christmas ornament. You have to be very careful when installing not to risk dropping and breaking one. I bought two of these lamps, one for the foyer and one for the top of stairs. The glass is nice and thick, though if you use a candelabra bulb the tips of the bulbs push against the glass bowl and you can see it from below. It was an easy installation, but one of the connectors between the canopy and downrod was stuck at an angle (pictured). This won’t work at the foyer location because you can see a heavily angled lamp from the stair. The second lamp has a slight angle but turned out to be adjustable. Pardon the dust on my ceiling- This fixture is gorgeous, but boy was it a bear to install! The three wires were a hair short and trying to attach them to the existing hard wires proved to be very challenging. But, once it was done, there was STILL more assembly to be done.
