Starting with the positives, I think the fan itself looks great and seems to operate fine. The main negative I had was the assembly. Im a DIY guy and Ive done just about every type of work under my roof. This was a small challenge to assemble because the instructions were not always clear and the many many parts are not labeled. I watched a video on a different fan installation just to confirm I was doing things correctly. Another negative is that the wall switch is a bit outdated looking. And someone please tell me why a wall switch that is hardwired with electricity also needs a battery inside of it Its not a backup because it doesnt work without it. Lastly, I think the site image is misleading because it shows a very long downrod. The Fandelier is yet to be installed, so it’s not possible to speak to the functionality how much output it has - I’ll update later, once installed. It arrived very quickly, was well packaged, in perfect condition. One thing I can say, it appears to be much more gold in the photos than it is in real life. I think it’s still pretty, just not very gold. Hopefully my client will be happy with it. UPDATE: Fandelier has been successfully installed. My client is very happy with it, it has more power than one might expect given the size of the blades & the remote works well. The *only* complaint is that it beeps every time the light is turned on/off, or the fan speed is adjusted - it's a totally unnecessary feature & a little annoying for my clients who have it installed over their bed in the primary bedroom.
