Metal pendant is exactly as described and looks exactly as pictured. Globes are a muted copper color with a brighter gold inside. Outside of globe has creases in metal and inside material is smooth. Most all types of bulbs will work, according to preference. Length can be easily adjusted and assembly looks to be simple enough for anyone who is familiar with installing light fixtures according to my husband.
