Really beautiful chandelier, quality product. The crystals look really good. It is quite heavy, plan to install on my 20ft ceiling by a professional electrician. Update Finally was able to get this chandler installed by a professional electrician. It was so difficult to do, took 3 days. I ended up doing the crystal installation myself because of the length of time it takes to hang. If you do not have time and patience, do not get this chandelier because you will get frustrated and give up. About what you would expect for the price. The wood cuts are a bit jagged and not much is sanded. The honeycombs are a little misaligned but it can be fixed. The hanging wires also go all the way through and into the bottom visible face of the lamps, which is unfortunate and avoidable. The gimbal lights themselves are each powered by a 3-watt LED Driver (model XS0103-3W). My biggest issue is that the manual is entirely in Mandarin.
