Such a beautiful chandelier! It goes perfectly in my entryway. Looking to buy a smaller one for over the dining room Had to call back to takeoff the installation cost as I found someone cheaper to install it. Realize then too, the sales person did not give me the discount of 10 as promised. That sales person said she would give me a 10 discount if I were to call back and place the order with her, as she received a commission for the sale. When I decided I did not need to use their installer, I called them back to ask them to subtract their installation fee. The person I spoke to on the phone was amazing at giving me the difference in price as she saw the information in the notes, but not on the finals bill of sale. She was great! The gold-colored parts feel of outstanding quality, and the other part, in a circular shape where the bulbs go, is made of glass. It has an elegant design. The photos on the website don't do justice to how beautiful it really is. Also, for my house, it's a bit long, but you can use just one tube, which makes it shorter. Amazing chandelier and so beautiful! I am so pleased with this product. It is sold just as listed and described. It really elevates my space now and the crystals are not as overwhelming or gaudy as one would think. The remote capabilities to change to 4 different colors, dimming etc are fabulous. The only caveat is that it won’t work with a wall switch dimmer- it has to be done on the remote or through the app. Stunning piece otherwise!
